A tracking code appears in your account for every shipped parcel. Use that code on the carrier website that handles the delivery.

Choose the delivery service and check the status by tracking number.
Some routes are easiest to check through the Polar Express tracking aggregator. Others should be checked directly with the final postal or courier service.
If the status is not updating
Check the delivery method and wait for the carrier update.
Tracking statuses can appear with a delay after a parcel is handed to the carrier. If the tracking number does not update for a long time, contact support from your account.
