Oversized parcels are delivered by Standard method only. Volumetric weight may be used for bulky goods.

Insurance

Parcels are protected at every packaging and delivery stage.

Insurance rules depend on declared value and destination. Review the terms before selecting your route.

Insurance is calculated by value: $101-$599 = $5, $600-$999 = $7.50, $1000-$1300 = $15.

Free, required, and optional services.

  • Invoice and packing list removal by default.
  • Shoebox removal on request.
  • Parcel consolidation according to customer instructions.
  • Clothing and footwear bag packing where applicable.

Required charges

  • Warehouse handling and storage rules after free periods.
  • Bank transaction fee for card or PayPal payments.
  • Customs fee, customs duty, and exchange-rate accounting where applicable.
  • Ship as-is option gives 10% off standard delivery.

Optional paid services

  • Contents photo and invoice checking.
  • Video of the packaging process.
  • Registration of purchase in the customer account.
  • Repackaging, parcel split, returns, forwarding, and extra wrapping.

Invoice/content list removal Default removal of invoices and packing lists. Free of charge
Shoebox removal Provided upon request. Original designer footwear packaging may be kept when removing it can damage the goods in transit. Free of charge
Additional packing/wrapping Extra packing materials such as protective filler or bubble wrap. Free of charge
Warehouse handling Handling incoming parcels stored in the customer deposit box. Free of charge
Consolidation Combining purchases and preparing the outbound parcel according to customer instructions. Free of charge
Storage Warehouse storage under alarm and video surveillance: effective August 1, 2026, 30 calendar days are free; after 30 days, $10 per month for each item; maximum storage time is 90 days. Free, then $10/month
Packed parcel storage Storage of a ready-to-ship parcel with awaiting delivery payment status. Maximum storage time is 30 days. 1 week free, then $25/week
Card or PayPal payment fee Transaction banking fee when paying by credit/debit card or PayPal. 4.7%
Ship as-is Parcel ships in original store packaging, cannot be consolidated, and can only be insured for loss. 10% off standard delivery
Contents photo Photo of parcel contents after warehouse receipt. Factory packaging is not opened unless explicitly requested. $5 for 3 photos
Packaging video Video recording of the packaging process on request. $10
Purchase registration Manual registration in the customer account when tracking was not provided or the parcel was not registered before arrival. Address sticker and item photos add $1. $2 per parcel
Invoice checking Check goods against invoice, packing list, or customer instructions, including a general purchase photo. $5
Ready parcel changes Change shipping method, address, or add/remove items after the parcel is ready to ship. $20
USPS return or US shipping Returns to sender or shipping within the USA. Insurance and timing follow USPS terms. $12.50 plus USPS tariff
Parcel split Split one parcel into two or more separate parcels on request. $10
Internal packaging Additional durable plastic bag inside the outbound box. $1
External packaging Plastic shrink wrap after the parcel has been fully packaged. $5
Small packet door delivery Door-to-door delivery for parcels up to 2 kg in Russia by arrangement with the postal office.
