How assisted purchase works
From request to arrival at the Polar Express warehouse, there are four steps.

Place an assisted purchase order and add the items you need.

Receive an invoice
We accept the request and issue an invoice that includes the purchase, shipping, and our services.

After you pay the invoice, we purchase the items in the selected online store.

Combine it with other items or ship it to the destination country.
