How to order collectibles from the USA

The process has several steps.

1. Register with Polar Express. After registration, you will receive a free U.S. warehouse address.
2. Choose a product. Visit Swiss Knife Shop, Leatherman, the LEGO Store, or another U.S. retailer.
3. Check the specifications. Review the series, model number, included items, packaging condition, and whether a certificate is included.
4. Enter your Polar Express address. Use the warehouse address you received as the shipping address at checkout.
5. Request assisted purchasing if necessary. If the store does not accept your card, send us a link to the product. We will place the order for you, and you will reimburse its cost.
6. Wait for the parcel to arrive at the warehouse. We will register and weigh the order and take photos if requested.
7. Choose a delivery method. Pay for international shipping in your account and receive a tracking number.

After dispatch, you can track the order until it is delivered.
