When is customs duty mandatory?

Customs (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia)
        
            • if the parcel value does not exceed EUR 200 it's gross weight does not exceed 31 kg (sent to one recipient ) – there is no import duty/tax applicable,
            • if the parcel value exceeds EUR 200 (i. e. if its customs value > EUR 200) * 15%, but no less than EUR 2 per each kilogram should the EUR 200 value limit and/or the 31 kilo weight limit be exceeded.
        

Uzbekistan:
        
            • up to USD 1000/quarter  (delivery included) – there is no import duty/tax applicable.
