Абсолютно всегда отвечают в течение дня (в соответствии с часами работы); Качество упаковки посылки (ноутбук был бережно упакован в четыре слоя всяких разных мягких штук); Средняя ценовая категория, что, безусловно, заслуженный плюс. Из минусов: не самый удобный сайт. Перед заказом пришлось полностью перерыть его. Благо, если что-то непонятно. то служба поддержки с радостью поможет вам.
