You must provide the passport number, date of issue, place of issue. You can specify these passports when filling out the delivery address.

Each goods in the customs declaration is entered separately. In Russian, one or two defining words are indicated (for example, "Shirt"). If there are many similar goods in the parcel, then in addition to the defining words, refinements are written (for example, the size of things, color, etc.). For each product, the brand (manufacturer) is indicated in English. If the brand is missing or unknown, you must provide the name / name of the seller / store as a brand. If the product has several applications, then it is necessary to clarify this (for example, "shoe cream" / "face cream").

For phones, e-books, tablet PCs and other similar electronic devices, in addition to the brand, a model in English is also indicated. If this model is produced by the manufacturer in several different configurations, then it is necessary to specify the parameters by which these configurations differ (for example, memory size, presence / absence of Wi-Fi and / or Bluetooth). In addition, you must specify a new one or used ("new" or "second-hand").

Notebooks and PCs of the same model may differ in several features, all possible differences should be indicated (for example, processor, RAM and ROM, presence / absence of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth).

For other electronic devices, you need to specify those key characteristics that are important for a particular type of device (for example, for hard disk, memory card and flash drive, you need to specify the amount of memory).

For the watches, you must specify the model and material of the case.

For clothes and shoes you need to specify the sizes, men's / women's / children's.

Sets of goods must be filled in detail, indicating the composition of the set and the number of pieces of goods in it. For example: "a set of 2 shampoos" or "a set of 3 tools (a hammer, a screwdriver, cutting pliers)."

For jewelry, you must specify the metal and describe in detail the stones if they are in the decoration. Must be a picture of each jewelry. Jewelry can be sent in an amount not more than 2 pieces in one package. Raw gems for shipment are prohibited.

Goods must be entered in the quantity and price as indicated in the invoices, the prices should be specified exactly as in the invoice without rounding. Invoices can be requested to confirm the value of the goods.

You don't need to upload the invoices.

To confirm the value of imported goods and / or the purpose of their use, as well as the frequency of purchases per month in foreign online stores, customs authorities may request additional documents through the customs representative (broker). Such a document can be an explanation. A customs broker having examined your customs declaration may request an explanation, but it will be presented to the customs only if the customs office requests it from the broker.

Additionally, a customs broker may ask to provide screenshots from the store with the cost of the goods, screenshots of correspondence with the seller, proof of payment for the purchase and other similar documents that can confirm the declared value of the goods.
