Customs duties are paid by the recipient once the parcel has reached the local customs office.

Please note that if you exceed non-taxable content value limit and your parcels is not shipped via International Mail Exchange, you will be charged total customs duty (customs duty + excise + VAT). This charge is not included in the delivery fee and is paid by the recipient at the local customs office. E. g. DHL cannot process parcels via International Mail Exchange.
